When you placed your Lowe’s order and added installation by Handy, we received your request for service and sent you an email with next steps to set up the booking.
Your account will be associated with the email address on your Lowe’s order. Since you already have an account, you can manage your booking on Handy.com or through the Handy App.
*If you did not include an email address with your Lowe’s order - you can provide your email address to our team by contacting us using the chat icon on the bottom right corner of your screen, we’ll then update your account details with the email address you provide us.
