Who is my professional?

We'll let you know who your professional is as soon as your job has been claimed. This could happen anywhere from a few days to just a few hours before your booking (depending on your city).

If a service company professional is assigned to your booking, they should have reached out directly to schedule your booking within 48 hours of your Lowe's purchase. You can find their contact details in your confirmation email. Otherwise, you can visit the Bookings page in the Handy app, or online at www.handy.com. Once you login, check if there's a name next to the "Professional" field. If not, don't fret; we'll do our best to make sure a highly-rated pro arrives on time.
